  Introduction  
  The Special Non-Aligned Movement Ministerial Meeting (SNAMMM) on Interfaith Dialogue and Cooperation for Peace and Development will be held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), CCP Complex, Pasay City from 16-18 March 2010.

  Registration  
 

Registration for the Special Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Ministerial Meeting on Interfaith Dialogue and Cooperation for Peace and Development (SNAMMM) is coordinated through the focal persons (FP) of each participating country. The focal person is a representative from the participating country’s Embassy/Consulate/Honorary Consulate in the Philippines.

For those countries which do not have Embassies/Consulates/Honorary Consulates in the Philippines, applications can be coursed through the following: focal persons in NYPM, Posts which have jurisdiction over them, or through capital.

  Registration Guidelines  
 
  1. To register participating delegates/members, fill out the registration form correctly and completely as it appears on the webpage. Upload the picture of the delegates to be used for the ID badges.

  2. Make sure that all the details are correct and complete before clicking “Submit”.

  3. IDs will be available for distribution days before the meeting to the participants or their designated representatives at the Registration Counter.
 
  To Claim IDs, the following should be presented:  
 
  • Passport (for delegates/support staff) or any valid ID with photo
  • Letter of Authorization for designated representatives
  • Note Verbale for Embassies/Consulates 
 
  All participants to the Special NAM Ministerial Meeting on Interfaith Dialogue and Cooperation for Peace and Development are encouraged to register online through the secure registration portal of the official SNAMMM website (www.snammm.org.ph).

 
  All participants (including security, mass media and press), except special guests, are required to attach to the electronic registration form a Note Verbale, note, letter or document addressed to the Department of Foreign Affairs - Accreditations Committee - containing endorsement of the participation of the delegate on behalf of the institution. The SNAMMM Coordinator for Registration will then validate information received through the on-line registration based on the official list of delegation sent by the Embassy.

 
  The official list should indicate the Surname, First Name, Title and Position of each member in the Delegation. The position of each person in the Delegation could be any of the following: Foreign Minister/HOD, Spouse of Foreign Minister, Senior Official, Delegate Support Staff, Minister’s Security Staff, etc.

 
  Digital photographs must be uploaded before ID badges are printed. ID badges will be made based on the information supplied.

 
  The Administrative Secretariat of the Conference will provide identification to all registered persons.  
 
    All Ministers and Heads of Delegation will be provided with color-coded lapel pins. The same will be provided to the Ministerial Meeting’s Special Guests/Guests of Honor.
    Senior Officials and other delegates as well as support and security staff will be issued with identification passes.
 
  3.6 For identification and security purposes, all delegates are requested to wear their identification tags at all times while inside the conference venues and in the designated hotels.

 
  For onsite registration, the Committee will be situated in the hotel where the Secretariat is billeted (exact location will be provided as soon as confirmed) and at the PICC premises, Delegates entrance.

 
 
 
  Visa and Immigration Formalities  
 
    Delegates from countries that require visas for the Philippines must obtain their visas from the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate before travelling to the Philippines. For a list of nationals that do not require visas, please refer to the DFA website ( www.dfa.gov.ph).
 
 
 
  Airport Entry and Departure Courtesies  
  Participating Countries are requested to submit the flight details of the Foreign Ministers, Senior Officials, and other Delegates at the earliest possible time for ease of coordination. A flight details form may be downloaded from the SNAMMM official website (www.snammm.org.ph).

 
  VIP facilities at the arrival terminals for both commercial and private aircraft flights will be available to the Heads of Delegations (Ministers or equivalent).

 
  Embassy and Consular representatives of participating Countries who require access to the VIP facilities to receive their Ministers should submit their requests to the SNAMMM-NOC Secretariat, including details of arrivals and departures.

 
  The Airport Terminal Staff of all VIP facilities will provide full assistance on customs, immigration and luggage clearance. All luggage shall be subject to security screening.

 
  Designated members of the Committee on Protocol will be at the airport to assist the Ministers and Delegates upon their arrival in and departure from Manila.

 
  In cases of non-commercial flights, participating Countries are requested, to submit the flight details and call signals of the aircraft bearing the Minister as soon as possible.

 
 
 
  Bilateral/Regional Meeting Rooms and Other Facilities  
  Rooms for bilateral meetings/regional consultations will be arranged upon request. The availability of bilateral/regional meeting rooms will be on a first-come first-serve basis. Delegations are highly encouraged to reserve meeting rooms as soon as possible as the number of meeting rooms are limited.

  Conference Facilities  
  Translation/Simultaneous Interpretation  
 
    Simultaneous interpretation in Arabic, English, French, and Spanish will be provided for all formal meetings. The provision of headphones will be limited to the Minister/Head of Delegation plus two delegates (Minister +2).
 
  Documentations  
 
    Working documents will only be available in English. Delegations who wish to distribute their documents will be responsible for their translation and reproduction. Said documents can only be distributed by the Documents Distribution Center after clearance has been obtained from the SNAMMM-NOC Secretariat.
 
  Delegates Lounge  
 
    Delegates can stay at the delegates’ lounge located at the Secretariat Building where internet access as well as coffee/tea and light refreshments will be available.
